Client & You:

A well-established, growing Australian engineering business delivering complex, coordinated M&E; systems across data centres, healthcare and Defence environments.

This is a Lead Revit MEP role, not architectural drafting. You'll own coordinated models across mechanical, electrical and hydraulic services, working alongside engineers from early design through to delivery and installation. If your Revit background is walls, floors and facades, this isn't for you. If it's services, it's exactly for you.

The Job:

- Lead the development of coordinated Revit models across mechanical, electrical, hydraulic and structural interfaces.
- Model equipment layouts, pipework routes, cable containment, access platforms and plant room layouts into live, complex environments.
- Clash detection and model reviews in Navisworks or Revizto.
- Produce buildable, construction-ready models and installation drawings that get built from.
- Set the standard on model quality and coordination, and guide junior modellers where needed.
- Work directly with engineers and delivery teams to resolve layouts and keep designs practical.





About You:

- Minimum 5 years on Revit MEP (mechanical, electrical, hydraulic services).
- Background as a Revit MEP Designer, BIM Coordinator or Digital Engineering Specialist.
- Robust with Navisworks or Revizto, clash detection and construction documentation.
- Understands buildability, how a model supports installation, not just documentation.
- Comfortable leading model output across concurrent projects.
