6 month term with potential for extension

Wolf & Williams are partnering with a prominent national organisation with a strong Australian footprint and diverse operations, seeking a mid-level commercial technology lawyer to support its legal inhouse team across a broad portfolio spanning commercial contracts, procurement, across a number of projects.

This is a genuinely broad in-house opportunity for a mid to senior level lawyer who is available at short notice, looking to step into an in-house role, offering exposure to contracts, projects, and operational decision-making, with real stakeholder access and influence.

About the role

Working closely with an experienced leader, you will support a wide range of commercial, technology, and projects across the organisation.

You’ll draft and negotiate a variety of agreements including supplier, property, construction, procurement and key date event contracts, while providing pragmatic day-to-day support on risk, governance, and compliance.





This is a hands-on position suited to a lawyer who enjoys variety, stakeholder engagement and being close to the business while continuing to develop under senior leadership.

About you

You are a commercial lawyer with 3+ years’ PQE gained in a reputable law firm or in-house setting, ideally with exposure to commercial contracts, technology and projects.

You will bring:

- Experience advising on commercial contracts, technology, property or procurement matters
- A practical, solutions-focused approach to risk and contract interpretation
- Confidence engaging with a range of stakeholders in fast-paced environments
- Strong communication skills and the credibility to work closely with senior decision-makers
