- Supporting the end-to-end sales process
- Building and nurturing client relationships
- Working with buyers, sellers and the broader database
- Managing follow-up, campaigns and day-to-day sales activity
- Helping drive business growth and identify new opportunities
- Learning the systems, strategy and habits behind a high-performing real estate business

What You Bring

- Real estate experience and a current QLD Sales Registration
- Hungry to succeed and genuinely ambitious
- Highly organised and proactive
- Confident communicating with clients
- Thrives in a fast-paced environment




- Detail-oriented, accountable and willing to learn
