About The Role

We are seeking a reliable and motivated Loader/Carousel Operator for casual ongoing work with an immediate start at our Buchanan site. This hands-on role plays a vital part in ensuring our egg processing operations run safely, efficiently and on time. You’ll be working in a fast-paced environment and contributing directly to getting fresh eggs onto supermarket shelves.

Loader / Carousel Operator Duties Include

- Loading stacks of eggs onto infeed belts
- Removing boxes of finished product from the carousel
- Stacking and wrapping pallets
- Manual handling and lifting

Role Details

We will be looking for candidates who do have flexibility to work across different shift times if required.

Availability Preference: Monday to Saturday

Shift Times

- AM Shift: 7:15am to 3:00pm
- PM Shift: 2:45pm to 10:45pm

Employment type: Casual ongoing

Location: Buchanan NSW

Pay rates: $33.11 per hour + penalty rates

About You

Are you reliable, physically capable and comfortable working in a fast-paced processing environment? You enjoy practical work,



take pride in what you do, and understand the importance of teamwork, safety and consistency. Whether packing or working on the loader, you bring a strong work ethic and a positive attitude every shift.

Requirements

- Previous experience in a processing or packing environment preferred
- Comfortable with repetitive tasks, manual handling and working on your feet
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong awareness of safety and quality standards
- Clear communication skills, both when working independently and part of a team.
- A pre-employment medical, including drug & alcohol screening is required
- A current Australian driver’s licence and access to a car.
