We’re looking for someone with excellent communication skills, strong common sense, and a passion for problem-solving.

Responsibilities:

- Gathering requirements, writing user stories and creating process documentation
- Stakeholder communication and training – supporting internal teams with new functionality and keeping technical and non-technical stakeholders aligned
- System configuration – working with web snippets, templates and feature setup
- Coordinating rollouts of current functionality and processes across teams
- Collaborating with Tech, Sales and Support teams to resolve issues and improve platform functionality
- UAT & Testing – coordinating testing, identifying bugs and ensuring quality and smooth functionality
- Data analysis and reporting to identify trends and drive smarter decisions

Requirements:

- 1+ year of industry experience as a BA (minimum) - essential




- Exp of Gathering requirements & writing user stories - essential
- Testing - Essential
- Exposure / Understanding API - advantageous
- Must have PR minimum (Permanent Residency)
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong logical thinking and curiosity about technology
- Proactive and analytical mindset
- Bonus if you have experience in Payments, Financial Services, SaaS or Product
