Cilla And Dees Hair Salon is seeking a talented and passionate Hairdresser to join our team on a full-time basis at our Parkdale location. As a Hairdresser, you will be at the heart of delivering exceptional hair services, ensuring every client leaves feeling confident and satisfied with their experience.

What you'll be doing

- Providing a full range of hairdressing services including cutting, styling, colouring, and treatments to a diverse clientele
- Consulting with clients to understand their requirements, preferences, and hair care needs
- Applying industry-leading techniques and best practices to achieve desired results whilst maintaining hair health and integrity
- Maintaining high standards of personal hygiene and salon cleanliness in accordance with health and safety regulations
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients to encourage repeat bookings and salon loyalty
- Recommending appropriate hair care products and treatments to clients based on their individual needs
- Keeping up to date with current trends, styles, and techniques in the hairdressing industry
- Collaborating effectively with team members to create a welcoming and professional salon environment
- Managing your own appointment schedule efficiently and professionally

What we're looking for

- A recognised hairdressing qualification or relevant apprenticeship completion
- Proven experience as a Hairdresser in a professional salon environment
- Strong technical skills in cutting, styling, colouring, and chemical treatments




- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build lasting client relationships
- A creative eye with the ability to adapt styles to suit individual client needs and preferences
- Knowledge of current hair trends and an enthusiasm for continuous career development
- Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering consistently high-quality results
- Understanding of health and safety regulations relevant to hair and beauty services
- Reliability, professionalism, and a positive attitude towards teamwork
- Experience with salon management software or appointment booking systems is advantageous
