Assistant Director, Communications and Engagement
Full-time Temporary with a Possibility of Permanency

Details: An exciting prospect is available at Infrastructure Canberra to join the Communications and Engagement team in the Transport and Civil portfolio. Reporting to the Director, Communications and Engagement, you will play a key role in the planning and delivery of communications, engagement and stakeholder management activities. You are an enthusiastic and motivated communications professional with an interest in infrastructure and community engagement and are able to juggle several priorities at once.

In this role you will:

- Lead the planning, coordination and implementation of communications and engagement strategies to support the delivery of infrastructure projects across the ACT.
- Collaborate with subject matter experts, stakeholders and multidisciplinary teams to produce high-quality written and digital content for a range of internal and external audiences, across a range of channels, ensuring messages are clear, accessible and audience focused.
- Build and manage key relationships with a diverse range of stakeholders, including government agencies, local businesses, special interest and advocacy groups and representatives across the ACTPS.
- Support the management of media enquiries, events and briefings.
- Lead the coordination of events, presentations and displays,



and support stakeholder partnership engagement activities.
