As we continue to grow across commercial projects, maintenance contracts and service repairs, we are seeking a qualified and experienced Air Conditioning / Refrigeration Service Technician to join our Victorian service team in the North West / Western Suburbs. The ideal candidate will have strong technical knowledge, proven experience in commercial service and maintenance, and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively. You will take pride in delivering high‑standard workmanship, diagnosing faults, completing repairs and supporting our clients with skilled, customer‑focused service on every job.

About the role

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Service Technician to join our growing team. In this full‑time role, you will carry out maintenance, repairs and diagnostics across HVAC, refrigeration and mechanical services equipment. You’ll work closely with our VIC service operations team, attend commercial sites, and deliver high‑quality service that reflects our standards of safety, communication and professionalism.

This role is ideal for a technician who enjoys variety, problem‑solving and working within a supportive team environment.

Key responsibilities

- Perform preventative maintenance,



breakdown repairs and diagnostics on HVAC and refrigeration systems
- Attend commercial and industrial sites to complete service tasks safely and professionally
- Complete job documentation, service reports and compliance records accurately
- Communicate clearly with clients, site contacts and internal teams
- Identify faults, recommend solutions and support customers with technical advice
- Work collaboratively with the service operations team to ensure efficient scheduling and workflow
- Maintain tools, equipment and company vehicle to required high standards
- Uphold all safety, compliance and company procedures at all times
- Prepare quotes for repairs, upgrades and recommended works

The successful applicants will have:

- All applicable licences
- Qualified Refrigeration Mechanic or HVAC Technician (Cert III minimum)
- Current ARC licence
- Current Class 1 Electrical Disconnect / Reconnect Licence
- Strong diagnostic and problem‑solving skills
- Ahigh standard of quality workmanship
- Abilityto build and maintain successfulprofessional relationships with clients and other trades on site
- Adaptto work in a fast paced environment
- Strong knowledge of the industry and standards
- Ability to manage and develop apprentices / other tradesman
- Initiative and ability to work autonomously
- Strong team work ethic
- Professional presentation
