About us

Tenacore is an Australian, medical equipment specialist. We repair patient monitoring and ultrasound equipment, supply compatible consumables, and keep critical hospital equipment running for over 160 sites nationally. Our Melbourne team is small, hands-on, and proud of the part we play in healthcare.

About the role

This is a busy, varied role at the heart of our Melbourne operation. One moment you're raising quotes and processing purchase orders, the next you're on the phone looking after a long-standing customer or helping the sales team pull a tender together.

You'll be the kind of person who takes pride in getting the details right, enjoys looking after people, and wants to genuinely understand the products we work with.

What you'll be doing

- Proactive phone contact with our existing customer base
- Looking after customers with fast, friendly, same-day responses
- Collaborating with our Office Manager,



Sales Manager & Warehouse Team
- Raising and processing invoices, purchase orders and quotes
- Liaising with suppliers on orders, pricing and stock
- Covering our warehouse (picking, packing, dispatch) during leave and busy periods

What we're looking for

- Meticulous attention to detail: accuracy is everything in what we do
- A genuine passion for healthcare and an appetite for learning technical product information
- Warm, confident phone manner and a real customer-service mindset
- Highly organised and comfortable across admin, invoicing and quoting
- Happy to switch between the desk and the warehouse floor
- Medical or healthcare industry experience is a bonus, not essential
