We are currently seeking experienced Registered Nurses to join a well-established private hospital in Newcastle, with opportunities across General Surgical and Rehabilitation wards.

About the Role Working as part of a multidisciplinary team, you will provide high-quality, patient-centred care across either a general surgical or rehabilitation setting.

n

You will be responsible for:

n

n
- Providing protected and effective nursing care to patients throughout their admission
n
- Completing comprehensive patient assessments and developing care plans
n
- Administering medications and treatments in line with hospital policies
n
- Working closely with surgeons, allied health professionals and the wider multidisciplinary team
n
- Supporting patients through their recovery and rehabilitation journey
n
- Maintaining accurate clinical documentation
n




- Contributing to a positive patient experience and high standards of clinical care
n

n

About You We are looking for Registered Nurses who have:

n

n
- 2/3 years' experience
n
- Current AHPRA registration
n
- Previous experience in general surgical and/or rehabilitation nursing
n
- Strong clinical assessment and communication skills
n
- A patient-focused approach to care
n
- The ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team
n
- A commitment to quality, safety and continuous improvement
n
- Previous private hospital experience is desirable but not essential
n
