Flannerys Victoria Point are on the lookout for a passionate and customer-centric Retail Assistant to join our vibrant team on a permanent part time basis - commencing in September/October, 2026.

n

If you're an all-rounder who loves serving customers and has a passion towards delivering amazing service, this could be just the role for you!

The hours? Valuable question! We have two 4 day per week opportunities available:

n

Role 1: Tuesday through to Friday

n

Role 2: Wednesday through to Satuday

n

This role will suit an all-rounder with a 'can-do' attitude and the ability to work autonomously and as part of an amazing team.

We're looking for someone who has:

n

n
- Exceptional customer service skills- previous retail experience a must
n
- Cash handling experience, including working with POS systems
n
- Ability to work as a part of a team and individually, across all store departments
n
- Positive and teachable attitude
n
- Ability to manage inventory and merchandise in-store (some occasional heavy lifting may be required)
n
- Flexibility in working arrangements
n
- Someone with world-class enthusiasm and initiative (we can't teach that)
