The Docks on Goodwin is a medium sized holiday apartment complex in Kangaroo Point incorporating both permanent and short-term corporate letting. We are a family run business seeking a bright, enthusiastic and versatile member to join our small team.

We require a Maintenance Assistant, Monday to Friday, 20 to 25 hours per week (to be agreed upon with the successful applicant). This must cover a minimum of 4 hours per day from 9am to 1pm , including extra time if required.

The successful candidate MUST have common sense, an eye for detail, be able to work independently and be self motivated .

The position duties and responsibilities involve:

- General maintenance in rooms, minor gardening & common area maintenance as required.





- Other duties as directed by the Manager.

- Ability to relate well to residents and hotel guests while sorting maintenance issues.

You will:

- Have a commitment and passion for delivering exceptional, pro-active customer service;

- Have skilled interpersonal and communication skills;

- Maintain a good standard of personal presentation;

- Demonstrate impeccable organisational skills with strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks;

- Be able to identify and report maintenance issues and remedy where possible.
