Is a trusted consultancy firm with over 25 years’ experience providing commercial advice and project management services within Australia’s construction, resource and infrastructure sectors.

Managing Director – Dispute Services The intention would be for MD to take a senior leadership role in developing and managing our clients Dispute Services, collaborating closely with our clients Board during an initial transition period and progressively assuming responsibility for the day-to-day operation and growth of the business.

The role would include

- leadership and day-to-day management of Dispute Services;
- developing and implementing the growth strategy for the business;
- developing relationships with law firms, contractors, owners and other key clients;




- generating and converting recent opportunities;
- leading and overseeing appropriate claims, quantum and dispute engagements;
- developing and managing the broader Dispute Services expert and specialist network;
- overseeing resourcing, quality, utilisation and commercial performance;
- mentoring and supporting consultants and experts within the business; and
- collaborating with the Board on key client relationships, strategic appointments and significant engagements.
