About The Role

We are seeking a proactive and creative Marketing Specialist to support the execution of marketing campaigns, customer engagement initiatives, events, sponsorships and internal communications across our national logistics business.

As the Marketing Specialist, you'll support the delivery of marketing campaigns, customer engagement initiatives, events, sponsorships and communications that strengthen the Visy Logistics brand and drive business growth. Working closely with Sales and senior leadership, you'll create impactful marketing activities, coordinate events and develop engaging content across multiple divisions.

What You'll Be Doing

- Plan, coordinate and deliver internal and external events, including customer forums, site tours, trade shows and networking functions.
- Manage event logistics, suppliers, venues and budgets.
- Create post-event reports and measure outcomes against objectives.
- Develop and execute divisional marketing campaigns and brand-building initiatives.
- Coordinate advertising campaigns, billboards, publications and promotional activities.
- Develop and maintain sales collateral including brochures, case studies, presentations, pitch decks and branded templates.
- Support digital marketing activity through LinkedIn content, email campaigns and internal communications.
- Coordinate photography and video content for campaigns and events.
- Support customer onboarding campaigns and targeted marketing activities.
- Maintain CRM data and campaign reporting accuracy.




- Organise customer social and networking events.
- Track marketing expenditure, campaign performance and key marketing metrics.
- Coordinate branded merchandise and promotional materials.
