Role: Maximo Lead Consultant

Type: Full time – Perm or Contract

Location: Perth, AU

Status: AU valid visa with full work rights

Maximo and expertise in Maximo Upgradation, Customization and Data migration projects.

Key Responsibilities:

- Experience in Design and architect Maximo solutions based on business requirements, ensuring scalability, performance, and reliability.
- Experience in IBM Maximo Migration/Deployment/System Testing/Integration/Data Replication/Back/up Testing/Build/Configuration/Installation in premier Operator/ Vendor organizations on these Maximo Products like IBM Maximo Asset Management, IBM Maximo , IBM Maximo for Utilities
- Working experience of IBM Maximo 7.6.1.2 version and MAS9 ready experience will be handy.
- Proficiency with various scripting languages such Java Script, Jython and Python.
- Experience in installing and managing MAS9 in Azure or aws or private cloud.
- Experience in installing and managing Maximo Mobile for EAM or Maximo Anywhere.
- Extensive experience in Data base configuration, Domains, Workflows, Actions, Roles, Escalations, Cron tasks, Automation scripting and application Designer.
- Lead the implementation of Maximo solutions, including configuration, customization, integration, and deployment.




- Provide technical leadership and guidance to development teams throughout the project lifecycle.
- Design and implement integrations between Maximo and other enterprise systems, ensuring seamless data flow and interoperability.
- Develop customizations and extensions to Maximo as needed to meet specific business needs.
- Identify performance bottlenecks and implement optimizations to improve system performance and responsiveness.
- Investigate and resolve technical issues and challenges related to Maximo implementation and operation.
- Create and maintain technical documentation, including design documents, configuration guides, and troubleshooting procedures.
- Provide training and support to end-users and administrators to ensure effective utilization of Maximo solutions.
- Proven track record of meeting deadlines on projects.
- Assist with RFP response and oral presentations to current and prospective clients.
- Communicate key goals, defines responsibilities, end deliverables to Executive Leadership.
- Participates in the implementation of business processes, initiatives, and strategies.
