Our clinics in the Southern region of Melbourne are seeking an enthusiastic and talented Medical Receptionist to join the team.

This is a Permanent opportunity working Monday – Friday Part-Time 4 days a week between the core hours off 7:30am – 5:30pm. Work along a fantastic team who continue to develop their operations to achieve outstanding success.

This role is for our Frankston clinic however you may be rotating among the regions' other clinics – Frankston Surgical, Peninsula, Rosebud, Beleura and The Bays.

What will you be doing?

The role involves being the first point of contact for all our patients (in person, call and email) and giving them the quality care associated with I-MED Radiology Network. You will be assisting patients to make and amend bookings, general preparation and billing information relating to the procedure.

This is a busy dynamic environment of regular change that will enable you to work and support patients and the wider healthcare team in the Peninsula region.

What are we seeking?

- Experience in providing quality customer experience in a reception (medical preferable) or high volume, complex customer service environment.
- A pledge to your own performance and commitment to giving quality customer service.
- Well-developed communication and interpersonal skills and the ability to maintain effective working relationships with all stakeholders.
- Strong team skills
- Good PC and systems skills
- A positive customer focused attitude
- The willingness to receive and act on feedback

- A self-motivated, reliable and conscientious approach to your work.
