Your Lovisa Opportunity:

We are looking for a Merchandise Allocator to join our Merchandise team and play an important role in managing the flow of stock across our global store network.

This is a fast-paced and detail-focused role where you will work closely with the Merchandise and Operations teams to ensure stock is accurately allocated, transferred and maintained across our stores.

You will need to be highly organised, analytical and confident working with large volumes of data, while maintaining a professional and solutions-focused approach.

About the role:

- Accurately controlling stock entering the business and allocating it across stores globally.
- Ensuring the right stock gets to the right location at the right time.
- Managing and controlling stock transfers between stores.
- Maintaining accurate store stock figures and inventory levels.
- Ensuring stores receive accurate stock quantities in line with weekly planogram changes.
- Using Futura to complete allocation and stock management activities.
- Maintaining minimum and maximum stock levels to optimise allocations across core and new product lines.
- Managing weekly floorplan layout changes across the global store network.
- Completing stock-to-sales ratio analysis and reporting.
- Working closely with the Operations team to resolve queries relating to store stock levels.
- Supporting the Merchandise team with day-to-day administration, including emails, filing and other departmental tasks.
- Assisting with other duties and special projects within your skills and experience as required.

You’re organised, commercially minded and love working with data, systems and detail. You’re someone who can work independently, stay ahead of what needs to be done and thrive in a fast-paced retail environment.

- Solid communication skills – you can communicate clearly and confidently, both verbally and in writing, with people at all levels of the business.
- Robust systems and computer skills – you’re confident using Microsoft Word, Excel, OneNote and Outlook, with the ability to quickly learn and develop your skills in Futura.
- An adaptable mindset – you embrace change, are open to new ways of working and can adjust quickly in a fast-paced environment.
- Commercial awareness – you’re curious about the bigger picture and want to understand how your role supports the strategic direction and goals of the business.
