About the role

As a Sales Consultant, you'll guide customers through the complete vehicle purchasing experience – from their first enquiry through to delivery of their new vehicle.

Key responsibilities

- Welcoming and assisting customers in the dealership

- Responding to phone, online and social media enquiries

- Understanding each customer's needs and helping them find the right vehicle

- Conducting vehicle presentations and test drives

- Following up enquiries and maintaining relationships with prospective customers

- Working with our Sales Managers, Finance Department and other dealership departments

- Assisting customers with trade-in and vehicle purchase processes

- Maintaining accurate customer information and follow-up activity

- Achieving individual and dealership sales targets

- Delivering the high level of customer service expected at Malouf Autos

About you

- Confident and comfortable talking with people

- Friendly, positive and professional

- Motivated by achieving targets and earning commission

- Reliable and well presented
- A good communicator





- Comfortable using computers and following up customers

- Able to work as part of a team

- Willing to learn and develop your sales skills

- Focused on providing an excellent customer experience
- A current driver's licence is required
