Truck Loader (Night Shift)

THIS IS A PHYSICAL LABOURING ROLE.

Queensland Sheet Metal is looking for two Truck Loaders to join our night shift team, working together to load our trucks ready for the morning run. This is a demanding, hands-on job - you’ll be on your feet, lifting and moving sheet metal goods all shift.

Shift: 8:00pm – 4:00am; Monday to Friday

Casual rates start at $33.05 + 30% shift loading

Duties include:

- Loading sheet metal goods onto trucks by hand, with some forklift use
- Working as a team to load goods safely and efficiently
- Following procedure and flagging any issues before they become problems

You’ll need to be:

- Physically fit - this is a physical labouring role
- A current LF forklift licence (essential)
- Reliable and a robust team player
- Motivated, friendly, and comfortable working overnight

Nice to have:

- Experience in the sheet metal or manufacturing industry
