We’re growing our Strathpine team and looking for friendly, motivated people to join us as Customer Service Assistants.

No previous experience is required. If you’re confident talking with people, have a positive attitude and are ready to learn, we’ll provide two weeks of paid training, ongoing coaching and the support you need to succeed.

Coming from retail, hospitality, customer service, administration or sales? Your people skills could be a great fit. Or, if you’re simply ready for a fresh start, we’d love to hear from you.

What You’ll Get

What You’ll Be Doing

You’ll spend your day speaking with existing supporters and having positive, professional conversations over the phone.

Your role will include

- Building positive relationships through great communication
- Following clear systems and processes




- Developing valuable customer service and communication skills
- Learning through structured training and ongoing coaching
- Working alongside a friendly and supportive team

You don’t need years of experience or a long list of qualifications. We’re looking for people who bring the right attitude and are ready to learn.

Experience in retail, hospitality, customer service, administration or sales is welcomed, but not essential.

Your Working Hours

Monday to Thursday: 10:00am – 7:00pm

Alternate Fridays: 10:00am – 6:15pm

Every second Friday is yours — giving you a long weekend every second week.
