We are working with a highly regarded Australian boutique fund manager to appoint a Distribution Associate to its Sydney team. With a 20+ year track record of delivering strong investment outcomes, the firm has established an excellent reputation and built a high-calibre investment and distribution team.

This is a newly created role and an excellent opportunity for a client-facing, investment professional looking to build their career within a high-quality fund manager. Working closely with a team of senior distribution professionals, the successful candidate will gain exposure across business development and investor relations, with a particular focus on the Australian institutional and wholesale markets, as well as select offshore investors. The role will suit someone who combines strong relationship management skills with a genuine interest in investments and the ability to develop a detailed understanding of investment strategies and communicate them effectively to clients.





The successful candidate will support the end-to-end business development process, including prospect meetings, sales strategy, RFPs and the preparation of presentations and marketing materials. They will work alongside the broader team to develop and maintain relationships across the institutional market, including asset consultants and institutional investors, while also managing client reporting requirements such as monthly investment reports, consultant questionnaires and other communications.

We are seeking someone with a minimum of 5 years' experience in funds management, private wealth or a related financial services environment. The ideal candidate will have experience in a client-facing role, a genuine interest in investments and strong written and verbal communication skills. Excellent attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities are essential. The successful candidate will be collaborative, self-motivated, resourceful and driven, with solid academic credentials.
