Mainfreight Transport Orange is looking for our next Sales Cadet to join a growing team and learn the ins and outs of the transport and logistics industry. Whether you’re looking for a career change, recently finished school, TAFE or university, or simply want an prospect to grow, this could be the role for you.

This isn’t a role where you’ll be stuck behind a desk all day. You’ll work alongside experienced team members, learn how businesses operate, build relationships with customers, and gain real‑world sales experience in one of Australia’s most essential industries.

What’s a Sales Cadetship?

Over 12‑24 months, you’ll receive hands‑on training across all areas of our business, giving you the knowledge and skills needed to build a successful career in sales.

You’ll gain experience in:

- Transport operations and logistics
- Customer service and administration
- Sales and business development
- Customer onboarding and relationship management
- Warehousing, International Freight and the wider Supply Chain
- Internal and external sales training programs
- Working alongside and learning from experienced leaders and sales professionals
