We are seeking an experienced Environmental Services Supervisor to join our team at our Epping, VIC location. This is a full-time position that plays a crucial role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our cleaning and facility services delivery. Reporting to management, you will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, managing teams, and maintaining the high standards of service that our clients expect.

Key responsibilities

- Supervise and coordinate cleaning and facility services teams to ensure timely completion of assigned tasks to the highest quality standards
- Monitor team performance, attendance and productivity, implementing corrective actions as necessary
- Conduct regular quality inspections and audits to maintain compliance with client specifications and company standards
- Manage scheduling, rostering and resource allocation across multiple cleaning operations and service locations
- Communicate effectively with clients regarding service delivery, addressing concerns and resolving issues promptly
- Train, mentor and support team members to develop their skills and foster a positive work environment
- Maintain comprehensive records, reports and documentation related to operations, incidents and client feedback
- Ensure compliance with health, safety and environmental regulations across all operations
- Liaise with management regarding operational challenges, staffing requirements and service improvements
- Manage inventory levels and coordinate equipment maintenance to ensure optimal operational efficiency

About you

- Proven supervisory or team management experience within cleaning services, facility management or related trades and services industries
- Strong knowledge of cleaning processes, protocols,



and industry best practices
- Excellent organisational and time management skills with the ability to prioritise multiple tasks effectively
- Demonstrated ability to motivate, lead and develop team members in a fast-paced workplace
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to liaise confidently with clients and staff at all levels
- Sound understanding of health and safety regulations and a commitment to maintaining safe working practices
- Proficiency in using scheduling software, spreadsheets and basic computer systems
- Problem-solving mindset with the ability to make sound decisions under pressure
- Flexibility and reliability, with the ability to adapt to changing operational demands
- A valid Australian driver's licence is preferred
