Our busiest (and most festive!) time of year is coming, and Baubles and Spruce is looking for fabulous seasonal crew members to join us for the 2026 Christmas season.

If you love Christmas, enjoy working with your hands, have a great eye for detail and don’t mind a busy day with plenty of moving, styling and decorating — we’d love to hear from you.

WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING

- Preparing and packing client orders at our Croydon warehouse
- Fluffing, decorating and styling Christmas trees and displays
- Helping load and unload trees, decorations and display pieces
- Installing beautiful Christmas displays for our clients across Melbourne and surrounding areas
- Keeping our warehouse organised during our very busy installation period
- Returning in the New Year to help pack down displays and bring everything back to the warehouse

Our installation season is fun, busy and rapid-paced, so we’re looking for people who can work efficiently while still having a strong attention to detail. Some of our installs are in beautiful offices, hotels, showrooms, events and other commercial spaces, so presentation and professionalism matter too.

YOU’LL NEED TO BE:

- Reliable, punctual and ready to work
- Practical and comfortable with hands-on work
- Detail-focused with a good visual eye
- Happy working as part of a small,



busy team
- Available throughout our peak November/December period and for pack downs in the New Year
- Available for occasional early starts, evenings or after-hours installations
- Have your own reliable transport

Our warehouse is based in Croydon, Melbourne, with client installations across Melbourne and surrounding areas.

Previous styling, visual merchandising, events, floristry or installation experience is a bonus — but a great attitude, reliability and an eye for detail are just as key.

Qualifications

- Practical skills in safe installation, assembly, and packing of display items, including use of basic tools and equipment.
- Good physical fitness, with the ability to lift, carry, and move décor items for extended periods.
- Excellent time management and organizational skills to handle multiple installations and tight seasonal deadlines.
- Clear communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with clients, colleagues, and supervisors on-site.
- Demonstrated reliability, attention to safety procedures, and care in handling premium décor products.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transport within the Greater Melbourne Area are highly beneficial.
- Prior experience in Christmas or seasonal decorating and knowledge of current holiday design trends is an advantage.
