Tasks & Responsibilities

Provide administrative support across the business

Manage the flow of information within the organisation

Answer incoming phone calls and assist with enquiries

Schedule appointments and maintain calendars

Perform accurate data entry and maintain company records

Document control, updating, and filing of information

Track and monitor stock levels

Assist with general office administration duties as required

Manage and maintain all company registers,



including Medical, Employee Onboarding, Inductions, and Employee Registers, ensuring all records are accurate, current, and compliant with company requirements.
