Gold Fields’ St Ives mine site is seeking a Senior Process Operator to support the Process Shift Supervisor, lead by example, and provide hands-on day-to-day plant operation in a FIFO/DIDO roster.
You will operate processing equipment, coordinate daily tasks, liaise with Metallurgy and Maintenance, maintain production data, and drive safety and continuous improvement.
The role requires robust leadership, a focus on safety, and proficiency with MS Office and data reporting.
