About the Role

Based at our Brendale branch, you will be responsible for:

- Phone sales and customer service
- Counter sales and customer assistance
- Processing orders and quotations
- Building strong relationships with existing and recent customers
- Assisting customers with product selection and technical enquiries
- Supporting branch operations and day-to-day administrative tasks

You will be joining an experienced and friendly team that will provide comprehensive training, ongoing support, and the opportunity to develop a long-term career within the business.





What We Are Looking For

- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- A positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Confidence dealing with customers face-to-face and over the phone
- Good computer skills and attention to detail
- Previous sales, retail, trade counter, or customer service experience is desirable but not essential
