Responsibilities will include:

We are an Australian owned company that has well established brands, focused predominantly on female consumers. These brands are sold through major retailers and chains all over Australia.

We are looking to add a new resource to our business who will focus on our digital and social media effectiveness and ensure we are adapting quickly to the market and using the best tools and strategies possible to grow our online presence.

The role will cover a wide range of areas and you will work collaboratively with sales, account management, marketing, technical support and management.

Overseeing google analytics and developing reports and strategies to improve results

Analysing SEO performance and identifying gaps / improvements / suggestions to lift visibility

Examining marketing campaigns to determine effectiveness and penetration

Working with teams to produce better quality adverts, Meta ads, Facebook and social media campaigns

Ensuring the quality of the website performance including user interface and back end functions eg links, page prominence, time on page and other functional performance areas





Teaching other users how to do simple fixes to ensure all social media and web platforms are used effectively

This is a full time, permanent role based in the office in Scoresby. There is no work from home in this role as we need to work collaboratively, and efficiently to respond quickly to the market.

To be successful you will need to have qualifications in marketing, IT or in digital technology. You will be experience in digital performance analytics, user interface experiences, a variety of social media platforms and website performance requirements.

You also need to be a good communicator who is able to communicate issues, ideas and performance improvements to both technical and non-technical people, and not afraid to give your opinion and lend your expertise to decisions.
