We’re a growing recycling and resource recovery business specialising in tyre shredding. We’re looking for a reliable, hands‑on person to join our team and help with tyre collections, warehouse work and recycling operations.

MR Truck Driver & Warehouse Hand

About the role

- Hours: Monday–Friday, 8:30am–5:00pm

- Location: Bayswater (warehouse-based)

- Employment: Casual to start, with the opportunity for permanent part-time or full-time work for the right person.

This is a hands‑on role combining MR truck driving, tyre collection and warehouse/recycling work.

You will collect waste tyres from customers across Melbourne, generally with another team member, and return them to our Bayswater facility for processing through our tyre‑shredding operation.

The role involves regular manual handling of tyres and other materials, loading and unloading trucks, and assisting with the day‑to‑day operation of the warehouse and recycling process.

This is a physical role suited to someone who enjoys hands‑on work and is comfortable with regular manual handling.

What you’ll do

- Complete metro tyre collections and occasional deliveries across Melbourne with another team member.

- Load and unload tyres and other materials safely.

- Receive and dispatch deliveries, including checking goods and completing basic paperwork.

- Unpack, sort and stage materials safely within the warehouse.

- Assist with handling, sorting and preparing materials for processing.

- Work around recycling and tyre‑shredding machinery, with training provided.

- Maintain a clean, organised and safe work environment.





- Assist with general warehouse duties, including stock handling and inventory checks.

Essential

- MR Truck Licence.

- Able to safely drive a manual truck.

- Able to safely perform the physical requirements of the role.

Desirable

- Forklift Licence (LF) and forklift operating experience.

- Experience in warehouse, recycling, manufacturing, logistics or labouring environments.

Safety and physical requirements

This is a physically demanding, hands‑on role involving regular:

- Manual handling of tyres and other materials.

- Lifting, carrying, pushing and pulling.

- Loading and unloading trucks.

- Moving and stacking materials.

- Climbing in and out of trucks.

- Standing and walking for much of the day.

- Working around trucks, forklifts and recycling machinery.

Applicants must be able to safely perform the inherent requirements of the position.

A pre‑employment assessment may be required to assess the physical and safety requirements of the role.
