Job Description

Wyndham City Council seeks a CRM & Knowledge Base Specialist who will simplify how customers apply for services and help our teams deliver high-quality support. The role sits at the intersection of content design, customer service and system improvement, designing, deploying and maintaining engaging content across CRM and knowledge platforms.

You will work with multiple stakeholders to understand service requirements, test and implement CRM enhancements, review feedback, and produce user guides
