Daylesford Spirit Distillery is seeking a dynamic Commercial Sales Manager to lead the wholesale playbook across independent retail and hospitality in Victoria. You will hunt for current business, build a pipeline from scratch, and close local accounts while developing premium listings.

With 3–5 years B2B spirits experience and an active network, you will push a premium proposition, sell on value and margins, and report to the founders. Valid Australian RSA and driver’s license required.
