Assistant Property Manager/Field Officer

Park Estate Agents is seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Assistant Property Manager/Field Officer to join our agile team. This is a part-time position based in Ferntree Gully, Victoria. In this role, you will play a crucial part in supporting the day-to-day management of our residential properties. You will work alongside our experienced property management team to maintain properties to the highest standards and uphold Park Estate Agents' reputation for excellence in residential leasing and property management.

Key responsibilities

- Property Inspections: Conductingoing, outgoing, and routine inspections
- Maintenance Coordination: Assist with actioning repairs and maintenance
- Leasing: Conducting leasing activities and managing prospective renter enquiries
- Administration: Perform general administrative duties to support the property management operations

Skills & Experience

- Previous experience highly regarded.
- Professional and concise written and verbal communication skills.




- Excellent organisational skills with the ability to prioritise effectively.
- A valid driver's licence and access to reliable transport to conduct property visits and inspections
- Physical capability to conduct property inspections and perform general maintenance checks
- Relevant qualifications such as a Property Management or Real Estate qualification would be advantageous
