Ascent Carpentry is a Sydney based carpentry company specialising in structural timber framing for luxury residential homes. We're a tight-knit, qualified team that takes pride in the quality of our work, and we're growing.

The Role

We're looking for a trade-qualified Carpenter to join our framing team full-time. You'll be working on premium new builds across Sydney alongside experienced tradespeople, on architecturally designed homes where precision and craftsmanship matter.

Key Responsibilities

- Structural timber framing on luxury residential new builds
- Reading and interpreting architectural and engineering drawings
- Working to tight tolerances and high finish standards
- Collaborating with team members and site supervisors
- Maintaining a safe, organised work environment
- Mentoring apprentices where required





What We're Looking For

- Proven experience in structural framing, residential preferred
- Robust knowledge of timber framing methods and Australian building codes
- Ability to read and work confidently from plans
- White Card (General Construction Induction)
- Valid driver's licence
- Reliable, punctual and a genuine team player
