Zeea's Eatery is looking for an experienced and energetic Cafe Manager to take ownership of the day-to-day operation of our café. This is an chance for someone who genuinely loves hospitality, enjoys leading people and wants to have a real impact on the performance and growth of a venue. You'll be on the floor, working with your team, talking to customers, solving problems and driving the business forward.

Key responsibilities

Take ownership of the café's day-to-day performance
n
Lead, motivate and develop the team
n
Manage daily service and ensure the café runs smoothly
n
Create and manage staff rosters
n
Maintain exceptional food, coffee, service and presentation standards
n
Deliver an outstanding customer experience
n
Manage ordering, stock levels and wastage
n
Control labour and operating costs
n
Drive sales and identify opportunities to grow the business
n
Ensure food safety,
hygiene and WHS standards are maintained
n
About you
n
Previous experience managing a café, restaurant or similar hospitality venue
n
Strong leadership and people-management skills
n
A genuine passion for hospitality and customer service
n
Experience with rostering, ordering, stock control and cost management
n
A strong understanding of café operations and profitability
n
The ability to remain calm and organised during busy service periods
n
High standards and attention to detail
n
A proactive attitude and strong work ethic
n
The ability to lead from the front and work alongside your team
n
