What you'll be doing
- Process and enter supplier invoices
- Match invoices against purchase orders and delivery documentation
- Prepare supplier payment runs
- Reconcile supplier statements and accounts
- Manage supplier queries and resolve invoice discrepancies
- Maintain accurate accounts payable records
- Assist with credit card and expense reconciliations
- Liaise with Purchasing, Stores and other departments
- Provide general accounts and administration support
What we're looking for
- Previous Accounts Payable experience
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Good organisational and time-management skills
- Experience with Xero or similar accounting software
- Good Microsoft Excel and computer skills
- Confident communication with suppliers and internal staff
- Ability to manage a high volume of invoices and competing priorities
- Manufacturing or engineering industry experience highly regarded
