Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00am-5:30pm

The Levels Financial, part of Mortgage Advice Bureau, is looking for two experienced Mortgage Advisers and one CeMAP-qualified trainee to join its growing team.

n

These are mortgage-only positions, allowing advisers to concentrate on providing high-quality mortgage advice.

n

Experienced advisers will work on a hybrid basis, supporting established estate agency partners across Yeovil, Glastonbury and Street.

n

This is a growth prospect created following the addition of new introducer relationships and an increase in inbound enquiries from the company's recently developed website.

n

Key responsibilities

n

n
- Providing suitable and compliant mortgage advice to new and existing customers
n
- Managing mortgage applications from the initial appointment through to completion
n
- Supporting estate agency branches and responding promptly to customer referrals
n
- Advising customers on purchases, remortgages, home moves and other residential mortgage requirements
n
- Developing business from inbound enquiries and the company's existing client bank
n
- Building productive relationships with estate agency teams and other introducers
n
- Identifying customers with protection needs and referring them to the dedicated Protection Adviser
n
- Maintaining accurate customer, case and compliance records
n
- Managing an active pipeline and keeping customers informed throughout the process
n




- Liaising with lenders, administrators, estate agents and solicitors
n
- Delivering excellent customer service and generating repeat business and referrals
n

We Would Like To Hear From Candidates Who

n

n
- Hold CeMAP or an equivalent recognised mortgage qualification
n
- Have achieved Competent Adviser Status
n
- Have previous experience providing regulated mortgage advice
n
- Can manage mortgage cases confidently from initial enquiry to completion
n
- Have experience converting estate agency or other supplied leads
n
- Build strong relationships with customers and introducers
n
- Are organised, self-motivated and comfortable working on a hybrid basis
n
- Deliver consistently high standards of customer service and compliance
n
