Salary on offer : 90k-110k+Super (Depending onexperience)

The role is office-based and maybe an ideal opportunity for someone who is looking to get their hands off thetools and step into a more office-based leadership role while still utilisingtheir industry knowledge.

Responsibilities

The role offers the opportunity to become a key member ofthe company's operations team, leading scheduling coordination, overseeingoperational performance, managing workforce planning, and contributing tobusiness growth. We are looking for someone with the right attitude, someleadership experience or willing to grow into a leader position, and previous hands-on plumbing or roofing or carpenter other trades experience/industry knowledge , who can drive results whilemaintaining a positive team culture.

- Coordinateand manage the scheduling of installers to ensure roofing projects arecompleted safely, efficiently, and on time.
- Buildand maintain strong relationships with builders,



site supervisors,subcontractors, and internal stakeholders.
- Overseethe performance and day-to-day management of operational teams, ensuringproductivity, accountability, and service delivery targets are achieved.
- Managescheduling changes, workforce availability, and project priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Monitorjob progress, identify operational challenges, and implement solutions tominimise delays and improve efficiency.
- Ensuredocumentation, schedules, and job records are maintained accurately and ina timely manner.
- Driveaccountability, communication, and continuous improvement across the team.

Your Profile

- A trade qualification or hands-onexperience in roofing or plumbing or carpentry or other trades knowledge (highlydesirable).
- Tech Savvy (Essential)
- Someleadership experience or willing to grow into a leadership position (highlydesirable) .
- Strongorganisational and time management skills with the ability to managemultiple priorities.
- Abilityto perform effectively in a high-volume, fast-paced workplace.
- Excellentcommunication and stakeholder management skills.
- Apositive, proactive, and solutions-focused attitude.
- Strongattention to detail and commitment to delivering outstanding customerservice.
- Confidentusing Microsoft Office and scheduling or job management software.
