Purpose of the Position

To deliver and drive all necessary Smallgoods products such as pork, ham and salami to warehouses [local and regionally], supermarkets, deli`s and food distributors. The driver must carry a valid Medium Rigid [MR] License.

Key Responsibilities

Safely operate and maintain a cash van/delivery vehicle in accordance with company policies and road regulations.

Transport cash, valuables, goods, documents, or other designated items between branches, clients, sites, and delivery locations.

Complete scheduled collections and deliveries accurately, securely, and within required timeframes.





Conduct pre-start vehicle checks and report any mechanical, safety, or maintenance issues.

Verify delivery/collection documentation, quantities, and signatures and report any discrepancies promptly.

Maintain accurate records, including delivery manifests, trip sheets and collection records

Assist with general warehouse, dispatch, loading, or delivery duties when required.

Communicate professionally with customers, clients and staff.

Experience and Knowledge

2-4 years’ experience in a similar role.

Ability to work independently and in a team setting.

Excellent communication skills to collaborate to key clients and distributors.

Flexibility and attention to detail.
