At Aspire Early Education Googong, we are looking for a dedicated Nursery Room Leader to join our team.

This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced educator who is passionate about creating engaging learning environments, building strong relationships with children and families, and supporting a team to deliver high-quality early learning experiences.

About the Role

As a Nursery Room Leader, you will play an important role in leading your room and creating a secure, inclusive and engaging environment where every child can learn, grow and thrive.

You will be responsible for:

- Leading and supporting a team of educators within the Nursery Room
- Building strong, respectful relationships with children, families and your team
- Planning and implementing engaging, play-based learning experiences
- Supporting children's development, wellbeing and individual learning needs
- Maintaining a high standard of health, safety and compliance
- Mentoring and supporting educators to grow their skills and confidence
- Working collaboratively with the Centre Leadership Team to ensure consistent, high-quality practices
- Creating an environment that reflects the interests, strengths and needs of the children in your care





About You We are looking for someone who is:

- Diploma-qualified or working towards in Early Childhood Education and Care
- Experienced in a Room Leader or senior educator position
- Passionate about working with children aged 0–1 year
- Confident leading and mentoring a team
- Warm, nurturing and committed to building meaningful relationships
- Organised, reliable and able to work effectively as part of a team
- Passionate about delivering high-quality early childhood education
- Committed to continuous improvement and creating positive outcomes for children
