Key Responsibilities
- Lead and coordinate daily operations, workforce scheduling, fleet management and resource planning.
- Build strong relationships with clients, suppliers and stakeholders while ensuring exceptional service delivery.
- Drive safety, compliance, productivity and continuous improvement initiatives across the Kalgoorlie operation.
About You
- Previous experience in an Operations Manager, Supervisor or similar leadership position.
- Strong background managing teams within mining, industrial, field service or maintenance environments.
- Excellent communication, organisational and problem-solving skills with a strong focus on safety and customer service.
