Our Client is seeking an experienced Operations Manager to lead their Kalgoorlie operations. This hands-on leadership role will oversee day-to-day yard operations, workforce management, client relationships, safety compliance, and operational performance within a growing mining services business.

About You

- Previous experience in an Operations Manager, Supervisor or similar leadership position.

- Strong background managing teams within mining, industrial, field service or maintenance environments.
