Located 38 kilometres south of Mackay, Dalrymple Bay Coal Terminal Pty Ltd operates with a name plate capacity of 85 million tonnes per annum exporting coal from Central Queensland to ports around the world. This wouldn’t be possible without great people - people just like you.

The Role

- You'll thrive in our agile environment, crafting operational plans to maximise our terminal's performance.
- With responsibilities across rail, yard, and berth planning, your role is pivotal.
- You'll coordinate with teams internally and externally, developing integrated operational and tactical plans, ensuring seamless transitions between shifts, and maintaining optimal stock levels.
- Your role is vital in maintaining our terminal's efficiency and effectiveness.

- A team player who's great at working with others, listens well, and helps keep our team strong and united.
- Someone who's good at thinking outside the box, making smart choices, and staying confident when things get tricky.
- You should be flexible and ready to handle changes smoothly,



always open to new ways of doing things.
- Good communication is key – you should be able to talk things through clearly and always think about our customers.

Your Skills And Experience

- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- High-level communication abilities and a focus on customer service are crucial in managing the complexities of a dynamic supply chain.
- Experience in integrated planning within the bulk logistics transport sector is highly regarded but not mandatory.
- Ability to work a lifestyle roster of day shift only; being 4 on, 5 off, 5 on, 4 off, 5 on, 5 off.
