With customers across USA, Europe and Australia, we’re looking to rapidly scale our product offering and production capabilities.

Key Responsibilities

Inventory & Material Handling

- Receive, inspect, and unload incoming shipments.

- Put away stock into designated warehouse locations.

- Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders for dispatch.

- Perform stock replenishment and inventory transfers.

- Conduct cycle counts and assist with stocktakes.

- Report inventory discrepancies or damaged goods.

Warehouse Operations
- Load and unload vehicles safely and efficiently.

- Operate warehouse equipment such as forklifts, pallet jacks, and reach trucks (where licensed).

- Maintain warehouse cleanliness and organization according to 5S standards.

- Ensure products are appropriately labelled and handled.

Safety & Compliance
- Follow all workplace health and safety procedures.

- Use required PPE at all times.

- Report hazards, incidents, and near misses promptly.

- Comply with GMP/GxP, quality, and company procedures where applicable.

Documentation & Systems
- Complete receiving, shipping,



and inventory records accurately.

- Use Warehouse Management Systems (WMS)

- Maintain accurate transaction records and documentation.

Essential
- 1-2 years of warehouse or distribution center experience.

- Ability to safely manually handle materials.

- Basic computer skills and inventory system knowledge.

- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.

- Good communication and teamwork skills.

- Commitment to safety and quality standards.

Desirable
- LF Forklift Licence.

Physical Requirements
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.

- Ability to lift and move materials within protected handling limits.

- Ability to work in warehousing and distribution environments.
