We exist to support and accelerate the success of growth businesses globally. Starting in Sydney, Australia, we are now providing live events in New Zealand, UK and US, and our virtual platform is growing globally, with over 25 countries represented on our membership platform. As the Partnerships Manager, you will secure and manage day-to-day relationships with The Growth Faculty’s partners and strategic alliances, coordinate agreed activations and ensure partner commitments are delivered. Reporting to the Head of Brand & Marketing, you will work across Brand & Marketing, Events, Membership, Sales and Content to deliver a consistent partner experience and measurable outcomes.

This is a part-time contract role, three days per week. The role works within agreed partnership priorities and commercial parameters. It may identify and recommend opportunities, but does not own partnership strategy, membership growth strategy, team leadership, revenue budgets or independent contract negotiation and approval.

Responsibilities

- Deliver new partnership relationships with Growth Faculty,



meeting paid sponsorship targets and securing contra arrangements where appropriate and mutually beneficial
- Manage day-to-day relationships across an agreed portfolio of partners and alliance partners, acting as the primary contact.
- Coordinate approved partner activations across live events, membership, content and marketing, ensuring commitments are delivered on time.
- Build activation plans and timelines, coordinating internal responsibilities, deadlines and deliverables.
- Support partner proposals, presentations and renewal materials within agreed positioning, pricing and commercial parameters.
- Research and qualify potential partnership and alliance opportunities and make recommendations to the Head of Brand & Marketing and CEO.
- Facilitate new partner contractual discussions with senior management
- Coordinate onboarding of recent partners once commercial terms and contracts have been approved.
- Track partner performance, engagement and agreed KPIs; prepare reporting and identify opportunities to improve value and delivery.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date CRM records for contacts, agreements, commitments, activity and opportunities.
- Coordinate partner communications, meetings and reviews, and escalate contractual,



commercial or relationship issues as appropriate.
- Work with Brand & Marketing to ensure co-branded assets and communications are accurate, on-brand and aligned to partner commitments.
- Support partner presence and relationship management at selected Growth Faculty live and virtual events.

Requirements

- 5+ years’ experience in partnerships, sponsorship, account management, client services, marketing or a similar role.
- Experience managing external relationships and delivering partner or client commitments.
- Strong project coordination skills with the ability to manage multiple activations, stakeholders and deadlines.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with confidence engaging internal and external stakeholders.
- Commercial awareness and the ability to translate partner objectives into practical activation.
- Experience preparing proposals, presentations, briefs and reports within agreed commercial parameters.
- Strong attention to detail and follow-through, particularly in managing partner deliverables.
- Comfortable working cross-functionally and influencing outcomes without formal authority.
- Experience using CRM systems is preferred; Salesforce is an advantage. Strong Microsoft Office skills.
- Comfortable tracking performance data and preparing concise activity and partner reports.
- Available to work three days per week, with reasonable flexibility around major Growth Faculty events as agreed.
- Adaptable, collaborative and pragmatic, with a positive approach to a fast-moving environment.
