About the role

Reporting to the Parts Manager, you'll play a key role in keeping our workshop and customers moving. You'll work closely with our Parts, Service and Workshop teams to ensure the right parts are sourced, supplied and delivered when they're needed. You'll also deal directly with customers and suppliers, making this a role where communication, product knowledge and problem-solving skills really matter.

Key responsibilities

- Assisting retail customers with parts enquiries and providing outstanding customer service.
- Identifying and sourcing parts for a wide range of heavy vehicles and equipment.
- Managing the flow of parts to our internal workshop.
- Keeping Workshop Controllers and Service Advisors updated on parts availability and ETAs.
- Liaising with external suppliers to source parts required for repairs.
- Following up outstanding parts and keeping customers and internal teams informed.
- Processing orders, receipting and general parts administration.
- Maintaining accurate records and ensuring attention to detail across all parts transactions.

- Able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Forklift handling license preferred.
- In possession of a current driver's licence.
