About The Role

Full time | Ongoing

Salary: $85,000 p.a. + 12% super

Location: Darwin, NT The People and Culture Advisor supports MAGNT’s people‑first culture by delivering practical,



responsive HR services across the employee lifecycle. The role partners with managers and employees to provide day‑to‑day People and Culture advice, coordinate recruitment and onboarding, maintain accurate payroll and employment records, and assist with Work Health and Safety activities. By strengthening people systems, ensuring compliance and contributing to continuous improvement, the Advisor helps create a positive, safe and engaging workplace that enables MAGNT’s teams to deliver exceptional cultural, scientific and community outcomes.
