We are partnering exclusively with a growing global organisation to recruit a People & Culture Advisor into a broad, hands-on HR role supporting employees and leaders across Australia and New Zealand. This is an opportunity for an experienced HR professional who enjoys being close to the business, providing practical advice and taking ownership across the full employee lifecycle.

The organisation operates across multiple business areas and is looking for someone who can balance strong HR fundamentals with a pragmatic, commercial and people-focused approach. Reporting into the People & Culture function, you will provide day-to-day HR advice and support to leaders and employees while contributing to broader people initiatives and projects.

You will play an important role in ensuring HR processes are consistent, compliant and practical, while also identifying opportunities to improve the employee experience and ways of working.

Key responsibilities will include

- Providing practical HR advice and support across the full employee lifecycle
- Supporting onboarding, offboarding, performance management, annual review processes, employee engagement, advantages and reward & recognition
- Providing advice and support on employee relations matters, including performance, conflict, disciplinary matters, complaints and grievances
- Conducting investigations and supporting appropriate resolution of employee matters
- Managing and maintaining the organisation's HRIS, ensuring employee records, contracts and HR data are accurate and up to date
- Supporting managers and employees with HR systems and processes and identifying opportunities to improve workflows and reporting
- Supporting the delivery and implementation of HR policies and procedures
- Keeping up to date with Australian and New Zealand employment legislation and advising the business on relevant changes and impacts
- Partnering with the wider People & Culture team on HR projects,



initiatives and continuous improvement
- Building strong relationships with stakeholders across all levels of the organisation
- Identifying opportunities to improve HR processes, employee experience and overall efficiency

We're looking for a confident and commercially minded HR professional who can operate across both HR advisory and HR operations.

You'll ideally bring

- Experience in a People & Culture / HR Advisor or similar generalist role
- Strong knowledge of Australian employment legislation and practical HR application
- Ideally, experience working across Australia and New Zealand
- Solid employee relations experience, including performance management, investigations and conflict resolution
- Experience working with an HRIS and maintaining accurate employee data
- Strong understanding of HR policies, processes and compliance
- Experience supporting or delivering HR projects and process improvement initiatives
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Strong attention to detail and a high level of accuracy
- A proactive, adaptable and solutions-focused approach
- The confidence to work with stakeholders at all levels and provide sound, practical advice
