A Part Time opportunity exists for a highly motivated and hardworking Pharmacy Assistant to join the successful Greta Pharmacy team.

About the Role The primary role of the Pharmacy Assistant is to provide exceptional customer care that develops relationships with customers, ensures continued repeat business and the long-term success of the Pharmacy. In addition, you will be required to:

- Golden Rule: Every customer leaves the Pharmacy happy, customers are priority

- Greet or acknowledge every customer who enters the store

- Care for customers by recommending appropriate products that will meet their needs

- Approach customers and provide exceptional product information and advice

- Ensure customers are informed of the features and advantages of products, detailing instructions on how to use the product

- Float between front of shop and dispensary

- Accept prescriptions from customers and ensure the correct patient's details are recorded





- Provide continuous assistance and support to all customer service areas within the store

- Ensure that displays and shelves are clean and tidy and all stock is pulled forward and rotated

- Assist in replenishing front of shop and dispensary stock, checking out of dates, rotating stock, and general housekeeping

The following shifts are being offered:

Wednesday 9am - 5:30pm

Friday 9am - 5:30pm

Extra days as required to cover other staff.

About You

If you possess the following, then we would love to hear from you!

- Dispensary experience (not essential) with S2/S3 Certificate (desirable)

- Knowledge of Pharmacy products

- Excellent customer service

- Motivated, energetic, hardworking and good time management skills

- Punctual and reliable

- Australian driver’s license

- Eye for detail and accuracy

- Strong communication skills

- Ability to work well in both a team environment and independently
