About the Role As a Pharmacist at our Bluff Point store, you will lead the daily team to deliver exceptional clinical standards, drive dispensary efficiency, and support the growth of skilled services.

Key Responsibilities

- Deliver patient-centric consultations across traditional and complementary health services.
- Oversee effective dispensary coordination, management, and QSPP compliance.




- Mentor and develop the pharmacy team while fostering a positive workplace culture.
- Ensure full compliance with all state and federal legislative guidelines.
- Collaborate with the leadership team to achieve key financial and operational targets.

Requirements

- Bachelor of Pharmacy (or equivalent) with current, unrestricted AHPRA General Registration.
- Current Immunisation Certification and First Aid Certificate.
- Proven dispensary management experience with a high attention to detail.
- Strong communication, organisational, and leadership skills.
- Valid rights to live and work in Australia.
