Website Parkway Physiotherapy and Performance Centre Job Role: Physiotherapist Physiotherapist (Full-Time / Part-Time) — Join Parkway Physiotherapy Locations: Langford Happy Valley, Langford Millstream Village, Saanich Tuscany Village and Sooke

Start Date: January 2027 (Flexible on start date)

Open to: New Graduates & Experienced Clinicians

We are looking for passionate, collaborative Physiotherapists to join our team across our 4 South Island Parkway locations. At Parkway, we are dedicated to helping our colleagues achieve their professional, personal, and financial goals in a supportive, high-energy environment.

- Competitive Earnings: Percentage-based Independent Contractor or Commissioned Employee model (57%–62% IC equivalent), with growth based on experience, tenure, and clinical specialties.
- Income Security: Guaranteed salary for your first 3 months to eliminate financial risk while building your caseload.
- Employee Perks: Health benefit trust, 5 paid sick/family days,
